Helping Hand Behavioral Health

Description:

Helping Hand Behavioral Health's Outreach Team serves as a liaison between the programs, residences, agencies, and the communities it serves. Helping Hand's Outreach Team is available to visit your location, including by not limited to: Boarding Homes, Residential Health Care Facilities, hospitals, and other agencies in order to meet with residents, patients, and staff to explain HHBH's programs and provide linkage to necessary services. An interview with prospective clients may be completed at this time to evaluate eligibility and assess individuals for other needs, including vocational, health care, financial, etc. Helping Hand aims to explore all available funding options for clients to receive treatment and housing. We strive to provide readily available care at reasonable costs when other funding can not be obtained on a clients' behalf. A sliding scale fee structure has been developed based on an individual's financial circumstances.
